There’s nothing cooler than using your passion to create and remembering inspirational people. Philly native Chen Reichert, based in New Haven, CT has created an amazing line of plushies. They’re not your average teddy bear, or just a stuffed animal, they’re plushies of inspirational men and women like Mahatma Ghandi, Coco Chanel, Frida Kahlo, and more. These plushies remind us of how wonderful these Late Greats are and how we should aspire to be more like them (or they are just simply cool to look at). Intrigued? Keep reading for facts and tidbits of Late Greats.

Did you know…?

The first “craft” I ever sold was a comic book I drew in 6th grade. I interviewed my classmates about their summer plans and dreams then illustrated everyone’s responses. I sold copies of the book for 20 cents and made enough money to buy ice cream, which was my summer plan.

My husband calls me Mr. Chen because I’ve gotten a lot of spam emails that open with “Dear Mr. Chen, we have an important business offer for you…”
