I would like to think that even as we grow older, we are still children at heart. Amy Moore’s illustrations remind me of my childhood and my love for sweets and animals growing up. She playfully incorporates both subjects into her creations! Penguins and ice cream? Who doesn’t love that? So I am glad to introduce our new addition to our group of illustrators, Amy Rose Moore from San Francisco.

Amy Moore’s Story
“In January of 2013, I started painting (after a 10-year hiatus) in order to have some sort of creative outlet and break from the daily grind of customer service and school. The response to my paintings was so positive (and I enjoyed it so much) that I thought I’d make a go of it and launched my business officially. My goal is to create images that cause a connection or smile– and to make my work accessible to all!”

In my other life…
“I’m trying desperately to escape from a well-known grocery store.”

Did you know…?
“Most of my work is inspired in some way by my childhood– either from books I read and cherished or from the mountains and forests where I grew up.”
